Across the Mwenaro ecosystem, engineers, learners and client projects live in different systems. Matching the right person to the right project was a manual, slow process.

Mwenaro Flow is the internal tool we built to solve it: a matching engine that scores people against project requirements, supports shortlists and keeps the talent pipeline visible to coordinators.

REST API for other ecosystem apps to query availability

The outcome

Project-to-person matching that took days of manual coordination now happens in minutes, and the talent pipeline is visible at a glance instead of living in people's heads.
